My journey has taken me through one of the country’s best academies, at Middlesbrough Football Club, where I was part of the coaching team that nurtured talents including Premier League defender Ben Gibson and current Boro star Dael Fry.

As well as playing for top semi-professional clubs, I have vast coaching experience and am currently player-coach at Northern Premier League Marske United.
Sport has had such a positive impact on my life – and I’m excited about this opportunity to pass on to you some of the lessons I’ve learned.
